In all, Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus is an excellent productivity suite with great new features that make it easier and more comfortable to use, and also turn it into an even more professional solution for daily work tasks.

Power your business with Microsoft Office Professional 2010, a comprehensive software and support package to help you run and grow your business. It's all here: powerful e-mail and scheduling tools in Outlook, sophisticated information and data management with Excel and Access, and professional-caliber marketing tools in Publisher. And it comes with one year of technical support, ready to use when you need it.
The bottom line: Microsoft Office 2010 is a worthy upgrade for businesses and individual users who need professional-level productivity apps, but it will take some time to get acclimated with the reworked interface. Users looking for bare-bones, dead-simple office software should stick with Google's and other online offerings or continue using older Office versions they have already mastered.
The world has changed plenty since Microsoft introduced Office 2007. In that time, Google has become a major player, with its suite of online tools, and even Apple has made inroads with its iWork office suite, though admittedly within a smaller set of computer users. Even with the vast user base of Microsoft Office products, with new competitors in the market, Microsoft Office 2010 needed to be good. Playing catch-up and looking forward simultaneously, Microsoft tries, in Office 2010, to remain (or become) the central hub of your working life, letting you use your PC, smartphone, and the Web to make your projects come together more efficiently.

I would like to reinstall my PC, but I lost al my install CD's. However, I still have the product key for Office 2010 Professional Plus. Is there any place where I can download Office 2010 Professional Plus safely and legally? I did some research on the internet, but all links direct me to 2013.
There should be download links in forums, just google "Office 2010 EditionHere LEGAL download" in my experience, Microsoft just removes the links and pages for the downloads, they're still sitting on a server somewhere, waiting for someone to dust them off.
MS seems to have removed all the download pages for 2010 and redirected them to the download pages for 2013. So simply downloading a replacement install is no longer possible (legally). Illegal routes exist, but this is the wrong place to explore them.
If you need a product key, you can still purchase a fresh Office 2010 version, either with download option, or with installation media. These old versions are quite affordable now. Please check out the following list of offers from Amazon, eBay etc. I already tried to find good deals for various editions. Sometimes the product is a lot cheaper in another language. In that case, you can use the product key to activate an installer in English (or any different language).
I recently completed a Microsoft Self-Audit and discovered that we have an additional 50 copies of Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus, MAK. I have contacted customer support via online chat and they have confirmed my key is valid, they gave me a number to call to continue my quest for the download. Upon calling that number it told me to fill out a form online and it would put a ticket in for someone to call me. The fee for submitting that ticket would be nearly $300 dollars (I might as well get the next version of office).
I have searched the web for days now and have attempted to download then activate every trial version and have had little luck. I also discovered a page that allows you to use your product key to download a copy of the version you need, however when trying to submit it it states that the version of office associated with the key does not allow additional copies to be downloaded.
Downloaded Software: If you downloaded either the free-trial or the full-version, follow this tutorial to install Microsoft Office 2010. (You may want to print out these instructions before closing your browser.):

Interesting. We also do not have access to the starter edition. All of my 2010 starter download links are now dead. Seems Microsoft is really pushing their new version. You might find the full version of 2010 on eBay. Or you could use the free OpenOffice until you decide which paid version to go with.
Unfortunately Microsoft don't have a very good site for Downloading older versions of Windows and Office such as Windows 7, Office 2007, Office 2010 etc. My guess is they are making it deliberately hard to download the .isos in a move to nudge people over to the newer versions.
